Starbond medium CA glue is a medium-viscosity, multi-purpose, instant adhesive. With an oil-like consistency, this glue has properties of both our thin CA and thick CA products, making it ideal for filling small gaps, penetrating narrow slots, bonding close-fitting parts, and creating high-gloss finishes on wood. This CA wood finishing is accompanied by applying multiple coats, sanding, and then polishing to a high shine. This versatile adhesive is used in woodturining, guitar repair, and pen making, to name but a few applications.

Properties:

  • Viscosity: 150 cPs (meaning the thickness of the liquid is similar to that of motor oil). Penetrating abilities of up to 0.006" in size. Bonding time 10-20 seconds.
  • Drying time without an accelerator: 20 seconds
  • Drying time with an accelerator: instant

Useful on wood, rubber, ceramic, leather, metal, gemstones, fossils and most plastics.

When will my order ship?

  • We ship as soon as possible - most of the time within 24 hours of order placement. (Orders placed on Friday after 10am CST, Saturday or Sunday will ship Monday)

  • All orders ship from Ramsey, Minnesota.
  • ALL orders shipped through the USPS are not guaranteed to be delivered within the window that they promise. The USPS does not offer guanranteed delivery on Priority Mail packages, so we will not issue postage/shipping refunds if they do not deliver on time.   • International orders: Shipping cost will be calculated during checkout and will NOT include your local duty and/or customs fees. If you choose UPS, they will not deliver until these duty/taxes are paid.

I'm a local customer, can I pick up my order?

  • Yes you can. We just need time to pack your order. Please place your order online and add notes during checkout that you want to pick up the order. Usually pickup orders are ready the next day. Orders placed before 10am CST may be ready the same day. We will contact you when ready.
  • Our pickup hours are Mon-Thurs 8:30 am - 4:00 pm. Friday 8:30 am - Noon. 
  • Pickup Address: 7101 143rd Ave NW Suite O Ramsey. We are in the Energy Business Park located just off Highway 10. Please look for 'Harrison Specialties' on the sign outside the front door.
