However, through extensive use and testing, we discovered a better approach: leaving the clamps just snug. CFM MATTERS:
- Based on our testing, this system works well with a 2HP, 1500 CFM or higher dust collector or cyclone equipped with 4” tubing. However, we also used this system connected to a shop vac with the included adapter and it also works well.
- Does not work with smaller hoses.
- Maintain your system:
- Empty Bins Regularly: Overfilled bins reduce suction efficiency and can clog your system.
- Check for Clogs: Inspect ducts and hoses for blockages, especially after handling softwoods or resinous woods.
- Inspect Seals and Filters: Make sure everything is airtight and functioning correctly.
